Cucumber Mint Cooler
Cool, crisp, and garden-fresh with a refreshing splash of lime.

A Little About This Drink
Sometimes the best recipes come from having too much of a good thing! My sister had an abundance of cucumbers from her garden, and we started looking for creative ways to use them. That’s how we ended up making cucumber drinks. As it turns out, cucumbers aren’t just for salads! They add a wonderfully fresh, clean flavor to sparkling water, especially when combined with mint and a squeeze of lime.
The Cucumber Mint Cooler is light, crisp, and incredibly refreshing. It’s the kind of drink that’s perfect for a warm afternoon, a backyard gathering, or simply relaxing at the end of the day. And there’s something particularly satisfying about turning a handful of fresh ingredients into a drink that feels a little fancy without requiring much effort at all.
