You retain ownership of your original submission.
You may contact us to request removal of a published story. We will review and respond to such requests, although removal from third-party caches, previously distributed materials, or other locations outside our control may not always be possible.

7. Products, Pricing, and Availability
Quit Drinking Plan sells physical educational and planning products, including books, workbooks, planners, and product sets.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability are presented on our website.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales taxes or shipping charges, which are calculated or displayed during checkout.
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information. However, occasional errors in descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors and, when reasonably necessary, refuse or cancel orders affected by suspected fraud, material pricing or technical errors, or product unavailability.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.
We may update product offerings and prices from time to time. Price changes will not retroactively change the agreed price of an accepted order except as permitted by applicable law.
8. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payment is collected at checkout through our available third-party payment processing services.
Your payment information is processed according to the applicable payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you if an order requires correction, cannot be fulfilled, or must be canceled for a legitimate reason.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable law.
You are responsible for applicable taxes and shipping charges disclosed during checkout.
9. Pre-Orders
Certain Quit Drinking Plan products may be available for pre-order before they are ready for shipment.
When you place a pre-order, your payment method is charged at the time of purchase, not when the product ships.
Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the applicable product page or during the purchasing process. These dates are estimates and may change due to printing, production, inventory availability, shipping, or fulfillment circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to ship pre-orders within the advertised timeframe.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and obtain consent to a revised shipping date or offer a cancellation and prompt refund, as required by applicable law.
If you do not consent to a qualifying delay, we will cancel and refund the affected order as required by law.
You may contact support@quitdrinkingplan.com to inquire about a pre-order or request cancellation before shipment. Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.
If an order includes multiple products, shipment timing may depend on product availability and our fulfillment arrangements.
10. Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer shipping to eligible destinations displayed during checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated and presented before you complete your purchase.
Orders may be packed, shipped, and fulfilled by third-party providers acting on our behalf.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact support@quitdrinkingplan.com so we can help resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection or merchandise shipping laws.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our return and refund procedures are described in our separate Refund Policy, available through the footer of our website.
Under our current policy, customers generally have:

- An estimated 5–10 business days for refund processing after an approved return is received and processed, although financial institutions may require additional time.
Please consult the full Refund Policy for eligibility, return conditions, instructions, and any applicable exceptions.
